"I just received the agility mini ball. It comes in visually appealing packaging. The outer texture is pleasant, which is I'm to me as someone dealing with tactile sensory issues. It's kind of silky smooth, with bumps and ridges underneath, which are a good size and shape. Not to big or too small, no sharp edges. First impression during first use: I'm sitting on a couch with it on an extremely stubborn and painful spot in the center of my sacrum. The bumps actually get into that terribly difficult spot to hit right. I can never get it with my tens unit. Overall, I'm having a wonderful first impression. I know from past experience with Lifepro that if there's ever an issue with one of their products, they resolve it promptly with customer satisfaction as their only focus and goal. How can I open this ball and put in the batteries?: Hi Jinhee, You can follow these steps for your Mini Agility Vibrating Massage Ball :) - Firmly grasp the top and bottom of the ball and twist to open. - Insert the 3 included 1.5v batteries. - Twist the two halves of the ball together to close the unit. When the arrows on the two halves line up. the ball is securely closed. Hope this helps.
