How much ice do you need for this?
There is no required amount of ice for our NordPod™ Recovery Ice Bath, so you are welcome to add as much or as little as you prefer to reach your ideal temperature. When preparing the tub, please fill it no more than 2/3 full so it does not overflow when you step in. It takes about 25 minutes to fill with a standard garden hose and you can add your ice right after it is filled!
