Q&A

Can I use this product while wearing contacts, or must I remove them first? And how long is a massage cycle?
We always recommend removing contact lenses or any eyewear before placing one of the eye guards on and securing our Oculax Eye Massager unit over your head and eyes. Regarding the massage cycles, the unit features different preset modes ranging from 10 to 20 minutes, with specific cycles lasting 10, 15, or 20 minutes each depending on your selection!
I have implanted Vision for Life lenses. Is this safe for me to use?
Our Oculax Eye Massager uses compression and pressure on and around the eyes; because of this we strongly advise consulting with your eye doctor or primary care physician before using the Oculax if you have had surgically implanted lenses to aid your vision. Your eye care provider should be able to evaluate your specific lens implants and confirm if pressure massagers are safe for you!
Is the vibrator plate as useful sitting as in a standing position?
