Great Treadmill

I wanted a compact treadmill for work and after looking at several, I chose this one and I am glad I did. I wanted a good quality brand and so far, the product lives up to that. I love that it has some incline and is so compact. It’s easy to roll under my desk and out of the way when I am done. I have enjoyed getting movement in throughout my workday. It makes hitting my 10,000 steps much easier! It’s quiet and does not bother my co-workers. Several co-workers are now looking at getting one for themselves! It didn’t take long to get used to typing/working while walking. I usually get into the zone while working and before I know it, 30 minutes has passed. It’s a great treadmill and I highly recommend it!

Compact Quiet

This walking pad is perfect for getting steps in. I use it while working and I am able to have conversations without any notice of noise from the treadmill. It is compact and fits in a small office. I have had it for a few months and it helps me reach my step goals and not be sedentary all day. I can get to 10000 steps per day with about 90 minutes to 2 hours of walking on this. Typically doing 1 hour in morning and one hour in afternoon. Great value so far.

Stay fit, Stay Productive

This is an excellent product for staying fit while doing an activity that would otherwise be considered sedentary. I use a standing desk exclusively, but I still feel as though standing at a desk is not much better than sitting at a desk. It is merely being sedentary while standing. This unit is the prefect size for sliding under my desk, and the incline ensures I get a fairly brisk workout, while still maintaining some degree of productivity at work. The speed is adjustable so you can put it at a level that you can comfortably use while still being able to tap away on your keyboard. I have found that the more I used it the faster I could go without it having an affect on my ability to use my keyboard and mouse. It feels very durable as well. I weigh 195 and I do not feel as though the treadmill is in any way struggling to function under my weight. This is an ideal item for anyone seeking to sneak a little bit more activity into their day. You can stay fit, increase your fitness level, and work all at the same time. I highly recommend it.
