Your Questions, Answered

What Are the Benefits of an Infrared Sauna Blanket?

Lifepro® infrared sauna blankets deliver full-body benefits by using far infrared heat to gently raise your core temperature from within. This process boosts circulation, supports lymphatic drainage, and helps your body flush out toxins through deep, detoxifying sweat.

Regular sessions can help relieve back and joint pain, loosen tight muscles, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. As your heart rate and metabolism increase—similar to moderate exercise—you can burn up to 600 calories per hour, helping support natural weight management and recovery goals.

How Often Should I Use My Infrared Sauna Blanket?

Start with 1–2 sessions per week for 20–30 minutes, then gradually work up to longer sessions and more frequent use as your body adjusts. Experienced users may enjoy sessions of up to 45–60 minutes, depending on comfort and preference. Stay consistent, stay hydrated, and you’ll start feeling the difference in your energy, recovery, and overall vitality.
