You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If ever your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 15% will apply. We don’t cover shipping costs for returns in this case. The item that you're returning should be repackaged with all the cords, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

The face coverage is phenomenal and the size and how flat it is makes it easy to put it in my luggage for traveling. The product works. I mostly use the red light but my daughter loves the other lights. Excellent product like all life pro products
Unexpected results
I love the therapy mask and neck device. I have seen the inflammation in the neck area decrease. I have an enlarged thyroid gland. It appears to be less visible and slightly smaller. I am thrilled. A must have for me.

I really love the mask for neck and face as pulsing is there in face masks and should help absorb the light better…. Happy for that Has an nir setting so very happy with that. The digital readout isn’t so helpful as when on Nir which is clear and no way to check if it’s working except for the minutes going down…. So when the screen goes black you have to start again . A bit frustrating

Just received a couple days ago and I am very pleased with the simple setup and ease using the mask/neck shield. Also, the quality is very good!! Used twice and hoping to see results soon!!
