"I only got the Max plate a couple days ago but I have already benefited. I am using it to wake up my body in the morning with some stretches. I have used it to reduce soreness after a mountain hike. I have also used it to relax tense muscles. Hopefully, as my body gets used to the vibration plate, I will start adding more exercises and strengthen my core."

"Lifepro sent me a replacement plate after my original plate kept blowing fuses. I appreciate the replacement but getting here took far longer than it should. Heads up to customers to keep your order number because that was a sticking point to getting support. Even on this replacement plate I don’t have an “order” number. All I have is an email and a product number. Fingers crossed this plate works great for a long time."

"Only arrived yesterday so only been on twice, good quality and like the instructions. Only tithing I would recommend is if you could give guidance on which setting is good for which scenario. Ie if you want lymphatic drainage use this , is targeting more muscle density use this setting"

"I got the board to try and help with my Fibromyalgia. I've only had it for a week but so far I was definitely scared it was gonna make me sore and it hasn't at all. I've took it slow and on low but my knees already don't feel as achy as they usually do. So I'm very hopeful with continued use I'll be able to up my athletic abilities."
