Absolutely love it!

I bought this at the start of the year and I still love it (8 months later). Using the program settings for 10 min sessions made a huge difference when I was dealing with muscle pain in my back. Every time I step off after using, I feel fitter and more toned. Plus I love knowing it helps my lymphatic system. I highly recommend!

Rumblex plus 4D

I just purchased the Rumblex plus 4D vibration plate a little over a week ago. I’ve been using it twice a day for 10 minutes each for lymphatic drainage. I am already seeing good results from it. I am definitely enjoying it and can’t wait to use it’s other settings.

Great Home-size Pro-level Product

Looking into vibration plates after being recommended to them by my MD, there were a LOT of home-grade vibration plates that were more "wellness focused" that didn't get the job done. The intensity range allows this to get to the medical grade level, and the ability to control wavelength (targeting vertical waveform on high for those with LE lymphedema) is huge. Hands down a fantastic product. Durable. Owned for nearly a year without issues.

Day 1: I’ve used it for 2+ hours already!

I purchased this vibration plate to help enhance back rehab, for low-impact muscle strengthening, but also for the holistic, wellness improvements I hope it provides. I unboxed it this morning and I’ve sat and stood on it for over 2 hours already. I’m sitting on it as I write this review & earlier I stood on it while sending emails. It came well-packed for shipping, seems very sturdy, and has Bluetooth speakers that I wasn’t aware it included—bonus! My favorite part so far has been to sit quietly, practice some relaxation exercises, and pretend I’m getting a full body massage. Feels great! My muscles are tingling long after a 10-minute session. I can’t wait to use it after a long day at work to decompress and rejuvenate!

Two questions: I’m a 70 year-old female with newly developed osteoporosis. Is there data supporting improved bone density by using a vibration plate? Which one would be better the waiver or the pro model? Also, I have an 86 year-old male friend who is interested in vibration plates as well. He has a pacemaker. Could this interfere with pacemaker function? We are both very active, I teach fitness classes 4x a week. My friend walks 3 miles a day.

Yes! Vibration plates can help improve bone density by stimulating bone growth. The Rumblex series is best for osteoporosis, but the Waver still offers benefits. For your friend, vibration plates usually don’t interfere with pacemakers, but he should check with his doctor first. Both of you being active makes this a great addition! ?

What is the range of frequency and amplitude?

I have lipedema and secondary lymphedema, as well as weak joints. I know oscillation is best for my conditions, so is there something else the Rumblex Plus offers that would help my condition more than the Waver, or would the Waver suffice?
