"I just received my replacement Rumblex 4D Pro vibration plate because the first one was damaged in shipping. The replacement process was easy and fast. I tried the vibration plate using all 3 modes on the lowest setting since I am new to this. It worked well and I plan to work my way up to harder settings and add using the accessories. This makes a nice addition to the other therapies I use such as Red Light therapy, rebounding, infrared sauna and PEMF mat."
