I have a degenerative disc in my neck (since 2000) so I occasionally have discomfort and/or pain. But the last couple of months my neck had been stiff. Do you have personal stabilizer bars? I have MS, lots of pain, osteo issues. My endocrinologist recommended one of these plates for osteo issues a year ago, and I have looked at a lot of them. We highly recommend the Rumblex Plus since it has a flat surface that would work best for you. :) Currently, we do not have a stabilizer bars for this series. However, you may start slowly and gain balance, or use a chair to help.
