"Not as advertised. Battery does not snap in place. Will work if you tape battery to handle, but who wants to do that. LifePro needs to be detailed about the battery specs for fitting which models. If your old battery has a snap on it, do not buy this one."

Battery bad, response spectacular

"Unfortunately, the replacement battery had a problem fitting - it wouldn’t lock into the massage head. However, the response by Jannelle and Nikki was spectacular! They quickly sent me a complete new unit and requested mine (and the offending new battery) back so that they could figure what went wrong so the problem that caused it could be corrected. That’s the way to run a company."
