Hassle - missing pieces

"To be fair, I was happy with a previous purchase from LifePro. However, my most recent experience has been frustrating. I ordered the Triform 3-in-1 system in late November and received it in early December missing magnetic latch pieces. I asked if the missing parts could simply be sent, but was told a full replacement was required. The replacement shipment ended up being the wrong item entirely. As of January 4, I still have the original system missing parts and an unrelated machine I did not order, and I’ve been asked to manage multiple return shipments instead of receiving the missing pieces."
