"Ok, proverbial 2 cents worth,… Love the plate, does me an awesome amount of good with soreness and swelling. BUT, I have given 2 as gifts to older friends, who are intimidated by the photoes on the box and marketing, showing young, slim, FIT models, doing poses withe the machine that older and/or less fit friends find overwhelming. They of course cant do those things, and think they can’t use it. The plate would do their puffy, sore and swollen legs SO much good. I wish you would tailor some adds to older people that just need to stand on it."

"I've used vibration plates at the gym before, and always noticed great results. It's great for getting the blood flowing before a workout, but also a fantastic muscle cool-down after the workout. Now that I'm having a lot of health issues, I decided it's finally time to get one for my home. I've gotta say, I love it! The vibration is strong, and goes up to a stronger power than the one at the gym did, and it comes with soooo many presets! So each time I use it, I can use a different program than the day before and keep my workout fresh. You can also stand in different spots of the board for different intensity, making the workout even more customizable. I was worried that the 'mini' might make it hard to fit my big feet on the board, but it's actually quite large, so I have plenty of room. I think people with up to size 12 shoe should probably be able to fit no issue. It isn't as small as they imply; it's a good chunk of weight, and won't actually fit under most couches. I keep mine under the dog cot, which has just barely enough clearance. I guess most people will have no problem finding a place for theirs, but if you're like me in a small home with little to no storage space, make sure you measure before ordering, because it will take up some room. Very happy with my Waver Mini; it's a great product/investment for the money, and I expect it to last a very long time. Feels like a great investment for my health."
