Terrible customer service

"I lost my remote for my vibration plate. I asked if I could get a replacement. Customer service asked for my order number and invoice multiple times, despite me telling them each time that I had nether. - just proof of registration of the unit. I said nevermind, searched on the website, and ordered a remote. I should’ve done that in the first place. Since I bought a remote, I then received multiple emails asking if I wanted to be an affiliate. No thank you."
