Whole lotta shakin' going on!

I'm loving my Rumblexmax 4D vibration plate. It maximizes my workout routine but has the bonus of giving me some relief of a painful hip joint. I'm in a physical therapy program to help with hip arthritis by addressing muscle imbalances. The PT thought a vibration plate might be beneficial when I suggested interest in using one. It does seem to be helping in only a few days of use. I'm so pleased with this vibration plate!

Initial Setup and Test

Very pleased, Sturdily built, easy to use. Plus very good workout. Too soon to judge results, but am optimistic. Not only that but my wife tried it out as well and was impressed. I am 84 and have kept pretty fit, but due to work pressure I have let my running slip and want to get back to my 10 min miles and thought this would be a good way to start

I have really enjoyed the full fitness feeling that I get just standing on the platform and doing several simple exercises but I would like to see some more deeper workouts.
