Battery bad, response spectacular

Unfortunately, the replacement battery had a problem fitting - it wouldn’t lock into the massage head. However, the response by Jannelle and Nikki was spectacular! They quickly sent me a complete new unit and requested mine (and the offending new battery) back so that they could figure what went wrong so the problem that caused it could be corrected. That’s the way to run a company.
