WAVER

Nicola Byrne

I LOVE my (Waver) vibration plate! I had no idea you had a referral program and I’ve had so many friends purchase this in the last few weeks! Best thing ever since having 11 surgeries!

I’m down 18 lbs since March when I got my Waver. Also a reduction of 2 inches off hips and waist and love my arm definition… I am declaring July 4th my Independence and Freedom Day to have Health and Wellbeing alive and real in my life.

In February I had changed my food plan by following a BLE type of eating of no sugar and flour. Weighed and measured meals 3×s a day. Dont miss anything as the taste of health is the best gift.

I dance a lot on the waver and just recently created a Waver Playlist on Spotify. Other tips are those squats. Something magical happens when you do them. I do get some planks in and keep it all simple and easy. You will even catch me sitting on the platform on many occasions shaking away. — feeling excited.

I am willing to wear a dress again
Arms are getting tighter and lost 1" on all parts since using waver beginning of this March. I still am working up my levels. I noticed once I started incorporating squats and more arm movements and dancing 💃 on the platform things started to happen.

I’m really embarrassed to show this but it’s more embarrassing to suffer with acne even after using tons of topical chemicals and vitamins. So in hopes of helping someone else out .. here’s my results after one week of using the VizaCure Mask! Alternating between red and blue lights. Washing with a gentle non medicated cleanser and using a lightweight moisturizer before putting on the mask !! Excited about week 2!!

VIZACURE

Cindy Barnett-Johnson

I’ve been using the red light only daily since I received Vizacure on Oct 19th. As I’m 69 years old I don’t expect miracles. I am seeing improvement. I Might look a bit pale this time because I had the flu but doing well. My skin does actually feel tighter, not dry but tighter and just better.
Every one have a great day. And if you’re contemplating this mask, go for it.

💜💙💜 Just love my Vizacure Light Therapy Mask! At age 68, I don’t expect miracles, but I do hope that it can help to decrease under-eye puffiness and perhaps eliminate, or at least slow down, horrid brown “age spots.”

SWIFT

Bonni Smith

Working Remotely today. No excuses when "the 5 o'clock bell" rang. Walk/Jogged on Swift for 20 minutes. Got up to 3.3 speed. Feeling more comfortable each time. Make sure the safety knob is attached to secure the arms if you store it folded. Loved afterwards the sturdiness of the machine to stretch my calves on the side panels. Next stop Waver for 10 mins for relaxation of muscles. I love this stuff.

SONIC

Kate McGuire Orsinger

I am loving my Sonic percussion tool and so is my teenage son! Great tool to have as a personal trainer and health coach and even better for my personal use!

Woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible spasm in my bicep. Sonic to the rescue! This morning I'm using it again to help work this soreness out.

Platform arrived today so excited but I had to go out of town for a family emergency so my 20 year old rock climbing son tried it out for 10-15 minutes and when asked how he felt? He said it’s weird my legs are really tired! No idea what setting he had. 😁 Can’t wait to try it!
Bought this mainly for my brother who is battling cancer and given taxotera chemo which caused lymphedema. (Known side effect of the chemo) If I can get my brother home before it’s too late I want to see him get some relief.

The Rumblex 4D is life! These pics are exactly one year apart. I’ve had my machine for a year. I’ve completely slacked on exercising, i suck at dieting, however i will sit on that vibration plate At Least once a day and/or 2 or 3 times when I’m in a workout mood.

I’ll sit on it for 10 mins and then I’ll stand on it for 10 minutes at max speed with the max settings. It has made my body look more defined, decreased the puffiness in my face and it now looks more structured if that makes sense. For the most part I look and feel a lot better since I’ve had the plate. Best 400 I ever spent.

My review of the Rumblex 4D. It is an awesome piece of equipment. Could not be happier with how I feel!!! Best investment ever!!!

It has been an interesting year. I know many people that struggled this past year, I know I am one of them. My daily routine went down the drain. My ability to exercise at a level I did a couple of years ago changed after my single prophylactic mastectomy in 2017, before I got back to speed my shoulder started acting up and had a rotator cuff repair a year after. A year later I started school, which I allowed to take over getting back to my athletic ability before my mastectomy.

Then came COVID and things got turned upside down even more. This last semester of school was extra tough and I started to get burned out and depressed, which did not benefit my eating habits. Now I am ready for my graduation and slowly starting to get back to myself.
It is not that I haven't done anything in the past years. I have worked out, worked with a personal trainer, stayed active coaching gymnastics, but not at the level I used to be. Add n not the best food choices and emotional eating and that is where I am at now. It feels like starting all over, but we need to start somewhere and not lose motivation.
So here I am, working on healing myself and my body. It is not pretty, it is not going to be easy, but it is something I need to do for me. 🥰
