In Amber Kivett’s two-part series: 10min Total Body Programs using the Lifepro RumblexPlus Vibration Platform Part 1 and 10min Total Body Programs using the Lifepro RumblexPlus Vibration Platform Part 2, she shows us two quick, total body workouts using Lifepro’s Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate, which is the flat version of the Rumblex platform series. Remember to always be careful and utilize modifications when you can!

The Moves

  1. Shoulder squeezes 
  2. Shoulder squeezes with squats
  3. Diagonal arm raises
  4. Hamstring stretch
  5. Bicep curl
  6. Lateral band stretches 
  7. Tricep extensions
  8. Step and shuffle variations 

Overview

This workout uses a variety of resistance band movements that you do for 8-10 reps but only one time through, making it fun (but challenging!) while standing on the vibration platform. This workout activates your arms, core, and legs- resulting in an effective yet quick full-body workout that allows you to burn calories, build strength, and increase flexibility. Remember to always work within your ability and progress at your own pace. You’ve got this!
