Overview
This workout uses a variety of resistance band movements that you do for 8-10 reps but only one time through, making it fun (but challenging!) while standing on the vibration platform. This workout activates your arms, core, and legs- resulting in an effective yet quick full-body workout that allows you to burn calories, build strength, and increase flexibility.
