Three of the platforms that Amber covers in her video are part of the Rumblex series, which includes the original Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate, the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate and the Rumblex Pro Vibration Plate. The key differentiator of this series is the 4D movement and the highest frequency ranging from 4-40Hz. These platforms are great for strengthening, calming the nervous system and improving bone density!
The fourth platform is the Waver Mini Vibration Plate. With this platform being only 22lbs and 23.6” long, it is super great for traveling due to its compact size. Although small, it provides the same whole body vibration (WBV) benefits as the full-size Waver platform!
The final platform that Amber covers is the Hovert 3D Vibration Plate. This platform provides 3D healing vibrations that is great for both core and balance training.
